Please call your pharmacy to request prescription refills and allow 2 business days for us to process your request.
If you need a medication urgently, please let us know. Controlled substances should be refilled during normal business hours.
Please bring your current prescription bottles to your appointment.
We accept most insurance plans. We are required by your insurance company to collect your co-pay when you check in for your appointment.
For patients without medical coverage, payment in full is required at the time of the service.
LIM accepts credit/debit cards, checks or cash.
