How do I get a prescription REFILL?

  • From a LOCAL pharmacy: call your pharmacist to request more refills.

    • Your pharmacist will send a request to our office via fax or over the computer.

    • This minimizes the risk of inadvertent prescribing errors.

  • From a MAIL AWAY pharmacy:

    • Call your pharmacy to request that they fax a refill request to us.

      • This minimizes the risk of inadvertent prescribing errors.

    • Written prescriptions, and new prescriptions for mail away require an appointment.

      • This allows your provider to monitor lab testing, make sure treatment goals are met, inquire about side effects, and verify the medication and dosages before giving a year's prescription.

  • NEW PRESCRIPTIONS:

    • For medications not previously prescribed by us, please make an appointment.
